Bandits

Baby, don't forget to catch me! Emma (Katja Riemann), Luna (Jasmin Tabatabai), Angel (Nicolette Krebitz) and Marie (Jutta Hoffmann) are serving their sentences in a women's prison. As different as they are, they are united by their love of music. Together they form the "bandits" and find an outlet for their frustration through the songs.
At the police ball, the opportunity arises for their first performance, but already on the way there they take a spontaneous chance and flee. They want to go to the port of Hamburg and then far away. But on the run, the bandits and their music become a cult. They play secret gigs, the songs make it to the radio. But not only the media and fans are on their heels: Inspector Schwarz (Hannes Jaenicke) will not let up until he has caught the escapees.
