Dirty Harry

Harry Callahan of the San Francisco Police Department is in trouble on two counts. While an anonymous killer extorts large sums of money from the city and otherwise murders indiscriminately, his superiors and local politicians make his daily life hell because of his unorthodox investigation methods.
