La sociedad de la nieve

Based on the book "La sociedad de la nieve" by Pablo Vierci, The Snow Society depicts the real, fateful crash of an airplane in the Andes in 1972 and the subsequent, months-long struggle for survival in the icy cold at an altitude of 3570 meters. All the passengers, both the survivors and those who met their tragic deaths in the mountains, are brought into focus in the film adaptation.
