Sadie has had enough of the bleak everyday life on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Between low-paid jobs, fighting men and old black-and-white westerns on TV that don't represent her in any way, she lacks any perspective. She decides to embark on a mystical journey: a magical potion from her grandfather helps her to free herself from her body and fly through space and time.
