No Other Land

The young Palestinian activist Basel Adra has been fighting for the survival of the village community of Masafer Yatta in the West Bank since he was a child. His family and the committed community in the region have been resisting the planned resettlement for decades. They film as much as possible of the events and the people affected in the village community, whose land has been declared a military exclusion zone. When Basel meets the Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham, they begin documenting the resistance against the Israeli administration together. In front of the camera, they reflect on their thoughts and feelings, the complex situation and their respective roles as Palestinians and Israelis experiencing the conflict from unequal sides.
