A dubious job offer brings Joy to a dusty mansion full of shrouded furniture. Here she is supposed to take care of her uncle, Mr. Garret, who is in a coma, with strict instructions from her gruff employer Katherine. No one is allowed to know that Joy has a daughter, so she unceremoniously smuggles little Grace into the house in a suitcase and hides her in the closet. But the bright girl always finds new ways to rummage through the many floors, to scare Joy or to have fun with her creepy uncle. Until she comes across something horrific in the basement, and when the old man awakens as well, the situation begins to cruelly escalate. R
