The "Tobacco Forces" - a kind of Power Rangers in wacky retro costumes who want to free the world from tobacco addiction - have slopped out on their last combat mission against a devilish giant turtle. Commanding officer Didier rages and condemns the troops to a team-building weekend. Considering that Didier is a small stuffed rat with green slime running out of his nose, it is remarkable how hard he manages to lead the group.
