Shot by director Lasse Hallström during their Australian tour and remastered, the film takes you on a journey back to the 1970s when disco ruled and ABBA were celebrated as kings. Featuring backstage footage and full-length performances of some of ABBA's biggest hits like "Dancing Queen," "SOS," "Name Of The Game" and "Waterloo," the film offers a rare look at the hugely successful band at the height of their popularity.
The subplot is a documentary story about a country radio DJ trying to get an interview with the band. A slapstick mix of coincidence and error by the young DJ, who must get the coveted interview while ABBA's dedicated bodyguard does everything to prevent it.
