Chaos and silence

Jean is a composer, his wife Helena a pianist. They can't make a living from their music, let alone feed their daughter. Until their landlady Klara waives their rent, quits her job and starts living on the roof of their house. A radical step that proves to be a catalyst for Jean's creativity and Helena's social commitment. The house soon becomes the lively epicenter of a search for meaning that spreads to the entire city. But as the discussions about the meaning of life grow louder, Klara withdraws further and further into herself - until she discovers a miraculous solution to the never-ending chaos.
