The anime film "The Lord of the Rings: The Battle of the Rohirrim" by New Line Cinema takes the audience back to the epic world of "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, based on the famous novels by J.R.R. Tolkien.
"The Lord of the Rings: The Battle of the Rohirrim" is set 183 years before the events of the original film trilogy. The film tells of the fate of the House of Helm Hammerhand, the legendary King of Rohan. Wulf, a cunning and unscrupulous prince of the Dunlanders, seeks revenge for the death of his father. When he unexpectedly attacks Helm and his followers, they are forced to make a daring last stand in the ancient fortress of Hornburg, which will later become known as Helm's Deep. In an increasingly desperate situation, Helm's daughter Héra must summon the will to lead the resistance against a deadly enemy - an enemy who wants nothing less than her complete annihilation.
