In 1989, high school outsider Lisa (Kathryn Newton) accidentally brings a Victorian corpse back to life and falls head over heels in love with the gorgeous dead man (Cole Sprouse). Together, the two embark on a terribly romantic journey to find true love - and ideally one or two missing body parts.
