Rose Glass’s romantic-thriller LOVE LIES BLEEDING develops with its shimmering images of bursting muscles and a driving electro score, a beguiling cinematic frenzy that no one will be able to escape. Ed Harris proves to be a marvellous scene-stealer in the role of the grotesquely coiffed villain. But above all, it is the magnificent Kristen Stewart who forms the pulsating heart of this thrilling story.
