Y2K

The year 1999 and with it the old millennium are drawing to a close. And high school friends Eli (Jaeden Martell) and Danny (Julian Dennison) still have no idea how to celebrate this historic night. Worst of all, Eli misses the millennium opportunity to kiss his crush Laura (Rachel Zegler) at midnight. Then the two find out that Laura is going to Soccer Chris's (The Kid Laroi) New Year's Eve party and quickly mingle with the guests.
But when Laura is kissed by Chris at twelve o'clock sharp, this is not the biggest disaster for Eli. Shortly after a complete power cut, there is suddenly a death. And it soon becomes clear that all the electronics have gone completely haywire. Toy cars, video recorders, microwaves and Tamagotchis go on a bloody hunt for the party crowd. And the exuberant party turns into a crazy nightmare.
