Booking with severely handicapped ID B

With a severely disabled ID B you can book an accompanying person free of charge.

(1) If you have a severely disabled B ID, you can book a seat of your choice for yourself. This possibility is not limited exclusively to the wheelchair seats. Please note that not all seats are barrier-free and accessible with wheelchairs.

(2) By presenting your ID card B, you have the right to take an accompanying person with you to the cinema. For this companion, you can book a seat of the same price category to your chosen seat free of charge. To do this, select the item "Accompanying person ID B" in the price selection. The ticket price will be adjusted accordingly.

(3) Please have your disabled person's ID card B and your ID card ready when you enter the building and show them without being asked. If you need assistance from our team on site, please feel free to inform us.
